Walk and Talk

Walk and talk counselling takes therapy outdoors, combining gentle movement with reflective conversation. We walk side by side in a calm, natural setting.

Benefits include:

  • The calming effect of nature
  • A more relaxed, informal environment
  • Movement that supports wellbeing
  • Ideal if you find it easier to talk while walking

This is a great option if traditional settings feel too formal or you enjoy being outside.

Counselling offers a safe space to explore your thoughts, understand yourself better, and move forward with confidence.

About Me

Hi, I’m Natalie. A qualified counsellor (Psychodynamic and Person Centred) and registered member of the BACP and an Accredited member of the NCPS. I work in an integrative way, which means I adapt my approach to fit you, because no two people are the same.

I offer counselling in person, online, or even outdoors with walk and talk sessions. Together, we’ll create a safe and confidential space to explore what’s troubling you, whether that’s anxiety, loss, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t have to face it alone.

My style blends Psychodynamic and Person Centred approaches, looking at how your past shapes your present while also giving you space to feel heard and understood. Alongside my practice, I also lecture on a counselling programme, which keeps me learning and connected to what I love.

Counselling isn’t about giving you advice or quick fixes. It’s about helping you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to make your own choices and changes.

Taking the first step is never easy, but you’ve already done that by being here. If you’d like to talk, please use the link below to get in touch.

“Thank you for taking the brave step to reach out. Life can be pretty amazing, but let’s be honest, it can be really tough too. You don’t have to go through it alone.”

How can Counselling help?

Sometimes life takes an unexpected turn bereavement, trauma, or sudden changes can leave us feeling overwhelmed, troubled, or alone.

It can be hard to carry these feelings on your own.

Counselling offers a gentle, supportive space where you can talk openly and truly feel heard and understood.

I aim to create that safe space for you one where you can explore whatever you’re going through, at your own pace.

I’m compassionate, empathetic, and work sensitively to help you make sense of how you feel. No matter how big or small your difficulties may seem, what matters most is how they affect you.

Counselling isn’t about giving advice or fixing things for you. It’s about listening to you, and helping you find clarity, strength, and the confidence

to make your own choices and changes.

You don’t have to face it alone, talking really can help.
